About Us
In the darkest days of the early Covid-19 pandemic, the munchie-plagued neighborhood of Ocean Beach had been stripped of their vibrant restaurant scene and late night street meat. Tucked away in the corner of Dog Beach burned a low, slow charcoal of Scott's trusty Smokey Joe, and a desire to feed the community with Better than Average hotdog. As the sweet smell of sausage lured passing pedestrians straight to the source, Scott turned an empty beer box inside-out and drew up the first Scott Dogs menu, offering the best hotdogs at the park for just $1.
Just a few years later, Scott Dogs has been awarded "#1 New Hot Dog Vendor on Sail Bay" by the Better Bun Bureau of San Diego.
Look, we're not going to lie to you and say that this will be the best hot dog you've ever had. But, we can 100% guarantee, without a doubt, that it will be Better Than Average.™

Scott Dog Pre-Paid Package
Throwing an event and want to offer some free dogs to your attendees? This is the package for you.
With this package, we'll bring a mixture of Scott Dogs and Scott Links that will be sure to keep your crowd satisfied and smiling. We'll also cook up a signature Dog of the Day. We can either bring a fan favorite that's sure to be a hit but can also offer a custom dog for your event.
This package requires pre-payment for all dogs.
"Guests Are On Their Own" Package
Okay, so maybe you want some food at your event but you're not trying to pay for all these people to eat. This is the package for you.
With this package, we'll bring a mixture of Scott Dogs and Scott Links that will be sure to keep your crowd satisfied and smiling. We'll also cook up a signature Dog of the Day. We can either bring a fan favorite that's sure to be a hit but can also offer a custom dog for your event.
We still require a deposit to help us meet our costs. But, we'll collect payments from guests and repay you once we hit a pre-determined milestone.
